Nottinghamshire qualified for the final as hosts of the final. The top 5 of the remaining 9 teams qualified for the final.

The top 6 teams qualified for the final. This includes one extra place because the zone included the team placed first in last year's final. The Devon team was prevented from attending by circumstances beyond the control of the manager. With the generous agreement of the host county, Nottinghamshire, EPSCA has invited Devon to play in the final.
